Stress-Free Tips for Teens to Head Back to School with Radiant, Acne-Free Skin

Top Dermatologist Dr. Lawrence Green Discusses the ABC’s of a Proper Skincare Routine and an A+ Complexion

Back-to-school is coming so there has never been a better time to have radiant, clear skin. Unfortunately, the stress of going back to school is also a prime time for acne. Teenagers do many things to make sure they go to the classroom with confidence: buy school supplies, get a haircut and plan their perfect first day of school outfit. But they may be forgetting one important thing: a proper skincare routine.

Teenagers already have so much to worry about, they shouldn’t have to worry about getting a zit, too. According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, approximately 40 to 50 million Americans are affected by acne annually. But a proper skincare regimen that is easy to manage and maintain can help to prevent acne before it starts, and is the best way to avoid future breakouts.

Dr. Lawrence Green can share tips on how to keep skin clear, even during the transition from a carefree summer to a jam-packed school year. Dr. Green discusses:

  • How to treat acne on the chest, back and face
  • Stress-reducing tips for a healthier complexion
  • Must-know products for a skincare routine you can count on
  • Quick fixes that can help contribute to clearer skin
